…when I happened across this chair on Flickr and then Mid Century Modernist I thought I knew every Eames chair that had ever been designed but no not this little beauty. It’s the ES 102 Intermediate Swivel Arm Chair which was unleashed on the world in 1968 but was discontinued five years later because of high production costs. So it’s super rare and uber spenny but the hunt is on for one…sigh…
…white, white, and more white with a dash of wood and a pinch of black. Simple,clean, graphic and fresh. I will be carrying on with the painting of the flat over the next few days. Happy (May Day Bank Holiday in the UK) weekend everyone!
